Dr Hossain joined government service after qualifying in 10th BCS examination.
Worked in various Upazilla health complex and district hospitals.
Later, received Obstetrics and Gynaecological training in Narayanganj 200 bed hospital, Dhaka Medical College and IPGM&R.
