Dr. Md. Masum Billah is an ENT and Head-Neck surgeon.
He had his graduation (MBBS) from Armed Forces Medical College, Dhaka. He obtained his Master of Surgery (MS) degree in Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery from Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU), Dhaka. Worked as an assistant Professor of ENT at Kumudini Women's Medical College Hospital, Mirzapur, Universal Medical College Hospital, Mohakhali, Dhaka. Presently he is working as an Assistant Professor, in the Department of ENT at Zainul Haque Sikder Women's Medical College & Hospital, Dhaka.
